to technical execution

4CE experience has significantly developed, both nationally and internationally, also in the tender management for medical equipment and services procurement, in hospital construction projects.

The know how of 4CE engineers in advanced procurement management of biomedical technologies , comes from a deep understanding of the clinical and operational processes and from a historical collaboration with doctors, nurses and hospital managers. Through this collaborative approach, functional requirements are shared and analyzed during the development of the project and then translated into technical needs.

From here, in parallel to the medical design phase, the identified technologies are planned by 4CE specialists in terms of room, department or building distribution, department or building, with the related budget and the requirements and tender specific technics drafting.

4CE team is therefore able to support the contracting authority also in the technical evaluation of the bids and the awarding phase. During the following steps, the collaboration can be continued through an effective coordination of the equipment logistic and deliveries check, the supervision of the installation activities conducted by the suppliers, until the final testing and the subsequent contract management, warranty and after sales services.
